The Clinton County Family YMCA has announced several events they are having over the next couple of weeks.
Launching Crush 30 Program

They have access to utilize the Youth Activities Center and Ninja obstacle course, youth exercise equipment, and weight training for teens. This program promotes team building through games, it encourages honesty, sportsmanship, and leadership.

Registration Dates: Now through September 25.
Program: 9 week program and runs October 5 – December 4 and will be held on Monday’s and Friday’s.

Swim Lessons
Swim lessons are back. When you take a swim lesson at the YMCA, you come away with more than the ability to swim. You come away with how character development, water safety, and fun are all part of your water experience. Class sizes will be looking a bit smaller to accommodate for COVID guidelines, but the fun will still be there! Swim Lessons are $25 for Members and $50 for Non Members if you reside outside of Center Township. They are complementary to those who reside in Center Township.
Rock Steady Boxing
It is back! We are beginning Rock Steady Boxing again, in partnership with Witham Health Services, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:15 – 1:15 p.m. It will pick up again this Tuesday, September 1. This is a great program for people living with Parkinson’s Disease. Though it may seem surprising, this non-contact
boxing-inspired fitness routine is dramatically improving the ability of people with Parkinson’s to live independent lives. If you would like to participate in Rock Steady Boxing but have some questions, please contact Erin Schwein at [email protected].
Program Cost:
$30 Per Month – Member
$45 Per Month – Non Member
$15 Per Month – Member of Witham Health Services Program
$5 One-Time Drop In Fee
DodgeBall Mini League
