A Clinton County jury recently found a man guilty of four felony charges and a misdemeanor following a multi-day trial in the Clinton Circuit Court.
Justin M. Floyd was convicted by the Clinton County Jury of rape, a level 3 felony, incest, a level 5 felony, strangulation, a level 6 felony, criminal confinement, a level 5 felony, and resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor.
The State’s case was presented by Deputy Prosecutor Jennifer Maple.
The case arose from an incident that occurred on April 19, 2023, near Mulberry, which was investigated by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office. Sentencing is scheduled for March 31 before Judge Bradley Mohler.
