Clinton County Under Dense Fog Advisory Until 8 A.M.

The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a Dense Fog Advisory for Clinton County which is in effect until 8 a.m. this (Thursday) morning. Very low visibilities will result in hazardous travel conditions through the overnight hours. Visibility will one quarter of a mile or less at times.

Besides Clinton, other affected areas include Bartholomew, Boone, Brown, Carroll, Clay, Daviess, Decatur, Delaware, Fountain, Greene, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Henry, Howard, Jackson, Jennings, Knox, Lawrence, Madison, Marion, Martin, Monroe, Montgomery, Morgan, Owen, Parke, Randolph, Rush, Shelby, Sullivan, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Vermillion, Vigo and Warren counties.

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use your headlights and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
