Clinton County Under Two Weather Advisories Until Tuesday

The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a Wind Chill Advisory and a Winter Weather Advisory for Clinton, Carroll, Howard and Tipton Counties. The Wind Chill Advisory is from 1 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, while the Winter Weather Advisory is from 1 a.m. Monday to 7 a.m. Tuesday.

For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold winds are expected with wind chills as low as 20 below zero. The Winter Weather Advisory has snow expected with total snow accumulations of 3 to 4 inches.

Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Wind chills will be lowest around sunrise on Sunday. Heaviest snow is expected Sunday night into early Monday.
