The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a Wind Advisory for Clinton County, which is in effect from midnight tonight to 8 a.m. Sunday. Gusts of 40 to 50 mph are expected. Broken tree limbs and downed trees could result in some power outages. Travel difficulties are expected for high profile vehicles.

Besides Clinton, other affected areas include Boone, Carroll, Clay, Delaware, Fountain, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Henry, Howard, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Montgomery, Morgan, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Randolph, Rush, Shelby, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Vermillion, Vigo and Warren counties.
