The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a Wind Advisory from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday for Clinton County and surrounding areas.
Strongest winds will be this afternoon and evening. Wind gusts around 45 mph are possible. Winds will blow around unsecured objects. Driving could become difficult for some vehicles.
Besides Clinton, other affected counties are Carroll, Clay, Delaware, Fountain, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Henry, Howard, Johnson, Marion, Montgomery, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Randolph, Rush, Tippecanoe, Shelby, Tipton, Vermillion, Vigo and Warren.
A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 mph or winds gusts of 45 mph are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
