Clinton County Under Wind Advisory Until 9 P.M. Tonight

The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a Wind Advisory for portions of central, north central, southwest and west central Indiana, including Clinton County, from 1 p.m. Tuesday afternoon until 9 p.m. Tuesday night.

South winds 20 to 25 mph with peak gusts of 45 to 50 mph are expected. Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Besides Clinton, other affected areas include Boone, Carroll, Clay, Daviess, Fountain, Greene, Knox, Montgomery, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Tippecanoe, Vermillion and Warren.
