Friday evening under hot and muggy conditions Frankfort and Clinton Prairie took the field with Frankfort coming off of a win last week at Clinton Central while this was Clinton Prairie’s first game of the season.
Frankfort’s Riley Goodnight scored first and Sam Michael carried the ball in for a 2 point conversion.
Drew Blacker strikes next for Clinton Prairie and the attempt for a 2 point conversion is denied.
Frankfort scores next by Viad Carreras Lantiqua after carrying the ball down the field about 30 yards he then carries the ball in for the touchdown.
The final score for the evening is 28-14.
Clinton Prairie will travel to Clinton Central next Friday evening and Tri West will travel to Frankfort to take on the Hotdogs.
