Saturday afternoon Taylor traveled to Clinton Prairie to face the Gophers. The varsity defeated Taylor 42-40 in a close match up. This moves the Gophers to 13-2 on the season.
Top scoring for the Gophers were Jake McGraw 18, Layne Horlacher 8, Ryan Harshbarger 7, Cayden Davis 4.
The JV had also had a big victory over Taylor holding them to only 13 points. score was 63-13.
Top scoring for the JV was Evan Smock 18 points,Jake Swinford 12, and Gaige Kuzmicz with 8 points. Another high point of the JV game was almost everyone on the team scored.
