Clinton Prairie hosted county rival Frankfort Wednesday night for the season opener basketball season. The Gophers took the win over the Hotdogs 77-37.
Top scorers in the varsity game were Clinton Prairie’s Jake McGraw with 28 points, Alex Farley 19, Ryan Harshbarger 8, and Nick Curtin added 7.
Frankfort top scorers were Jack Michael with 15 points, Lucas Waggoner 8, and Charlie Beardsley adding 6 .
Clinton Prairie’s JV also defeated Frankfort by the score of 42-28.
Clinton Prairie’s JV top scorers were Brady Allen with 14 points, Rhett Whitlock 11, and Gaige Kuzmicz adding 8 points.
Frankfort’s JV top scorers were Landen Stewart with 10 points and Cameron Zheng added 7 points.
