Co-Alliance Merges With Ceres Solutions; Will Become Keystone Cooperative

Kevin Still, president and CEO of Co-Alliance, said the merger received overwhelmingly support from the farmer-owners.

Indiana-based agriculture and energy cooperatives Ceres Solution Cooperative, Inc. and Co-Alliance Cooperative, Inc. have announced that both boards and memberships have overwhelmingly approved the merger between the two.

The effective date of the merger is March 1, 2024, and the company will be named Keystone Cooperative, Inc.

This merger creates a farmer-owned cooperative focused on delivering an unmatched customer service experience, with the resources needed to support farmer-owners as they grow into the future.

Once the merger is complete, Keystone will serve 20,000 farmer-owners, operate  195 locations with 1,700 employees and $3.1 billion in combined sales revenue.
