The Colfax Christian Church Stronger Marriage Ministry Team has invited all married couples to attend an outing to bond and build their marriage together in June.
The team has invited married couples to Turkey Run State Park on June 1 at 1 p.m. for the Stronger Marriage Outing. The outing is intended to provide couples with the opportunity to bond closer together while experiencing new opportunities and atmospheres.
The outing will include an afternoon of hiking and canoeing, food, games and fellowship with all the participants.
The Stronger Marriage Ministry Team held a fall outing on Oct. 15 where the married couples were granted the opportunity to experience Exploration Acres, a corn maze and a pumpkin patch attraction before gathering around a campfire and bonding together. The fall outing sported an outstanding turnout that the organizers are hoping will become a routine experience for the outings.
“We had a great turnout at our Stronger Marriage Outing,” the organizers wrote. “Couples from Colfax Christian Church enjoyed our three favorite F’s together–food, fellowship and fun.”
