Collin Scott Ford

Collin Scott Ford, 18, of rural Frankfort, went to his heavenly home, Monday, May 2, 2022.  He was born April 8, 2004, in Frankfort to Scott and Gretchen (Beard) Ford.

Collin was a senior at Rossville High School where he was seventh in his class and about to graduate with honors. He enjoyed playing his saxophone in the band and at many of the ball games in the Pep Band.  He was a member of the Rossville E-Sports Team, worked in the before and aftercare program-where he loved working with his little friends, loved to volunteer at school, and was very much into technology and enjoyed going to classrooms and fix the teachers “tech” issues. Collin loved playing video games, was a hard worker, loved jokes, Subway, cared more for others than himself, had a huge heart, and always did the best in everything he did. He was loved and will be missed by many.

Collin was a member of the Rossville Bible Fellowship Church where he enjoyed running the sound board and attending the youth group.

In addition to his parents, Collin is survived by his siblings, Cordell Ford and Mary Ruth Ford both of Lafayette, and PFC Colten Edward Ford of Frankfort; maternal grandparents, Ed and Winifred Beard of Rossville; paternal grandparents, Doug and Mary Ford of Tennessee; his beloved puppy, Jazzy; and his much loved-aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
