The Clinton County Commissioners have issued a Travel Watch. The Travel Watch means that conditions are threatening to the safety of the public. During a “Watch”, the local travel advisory is only for essential travel such as to and from work or in emergency situations.
It is recommended that emergency action plans be implemented by businesses, schools, government agencies and other organizations.
