The Community Foundation Serving Howard, Clinton and Carroll Counties announced the opening of the Abby Kathryn Rethlake Memorial Scholarship available for cosmetology students in all three counties served by the organization.
Applicants for the scholarship must be active in a cosmetology program or enrolled with an official upcoming start date.
Applicants must apply by Dec. 1 to be considered and may apply through cfclinton.org or cfcarroll.org.
Applicants must have the potential to succeed in a cosmetology career, two letters of recommendation, a good work ethic and a financial need to be considered.
