Community Foundation Has Scholarships Available

The Clinton County Community Foundation has the following non-traditional student scholarship applications available. Non-traditional scholarships are for students who are currently in college or returning to college.

Eligibility guidelines and the link to online applications are available at www.cfclinton.org. Deadline for applying is Feb. 1, 2021.

Bailey Trucking Company Scholarship – The Bailey Trucking Company Scholarship is available to graduating Clinton County high school students or college students who are accepted into a post-secondary educational institution, who are deserving of financial assistance and who are likely to succeed as post-secondary, college or university students.

This scholarship is for students who will be or currently are enrolled in a two-year degree program, four-year degree program, MBA or graduate degree program at a post-secondary educational institution.

Cindy Nichols Bailey Scholarship – The Cindy Nichols Bailey Scholarship is available to Clinton County high school graduates who are currently attending college or returning to college and seeking post-secondary education.

Charles & Cecelia Nichols Scholarship – The Charles and Cecelia Nichols Scholarship is available to Clinton County high school graduates who have successfully completed college credits equivalent to satisfy the requirements of an associate’s degree and who are accepted into a baccalaureate degree program at a post-secondary educational institution.

Beta Tau Chapter of Psi Iota Xi Sorority Scholarship – The Beta Tau Chapter of Psi Iota Xi Scholarship is available for students who are pursuing a post graduate degree in speech pathology.  Students should have graduated from an accredited undergraduate degree program in speech pathology and pursuing a post graduate degree in speech pathology.  Preference may be given to students who are current residents of Clinton County or who graduated from a Clinton County high school.

Ione Dinwiddie Nurses Scholarship – The Ione Dinwiddie Nurses Scholarship is available for the continuing education of nurses employed by IU Health Frankfort and serving the citizens of Clinton County. It provides current nurses with the financial opportunity to seek advanced degrees or certification.  Applications are available through the IU Health Frankfort Nursing Administration Office located at 1300 S. Jackson St., Frankfort, IN. Mail completed application to Kim Abney, Clinton County Community Foundation, 215 W. Sycamore St., Kokomo, IN 46901.
