The community is invited to come together for a special “Dine to Donate” fundraiser benefiting Alzheimer’s awareness and support efforts on Friday, May 15, 2026, at Milky Way.
Organized by Linda Forsythe Large, the event will run from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the restaurant, located at 750 Washington Ave, Frankfort. During the fundraiser, a portion of all food sales throughout the day will be donated to support Alzheimer’s-related causes.
Large is encouraging the community to help make the fundraiser a major success by dining in, ordering carryout, and sharing the event with others.
“As the date gets closer, excitement continues to build,” Large said. “Let’s make this one of the busiest days Milky Way has ever had while supporting a cause that touches so many families.”
The “Dine to Donate” event offers residents an easy and meaningful way to support the fight against Alzheimer’s disease while enjoying a meal with family and friends.
