The spirit of volunteerism continues to shine in Flora as the Flora Community Club calls on residents to help keep cherished local traditions alive.
The club is currently seeking volunteers for several upcoming community events, including the Fair, Fish Fry, Tractor Pull, and a variety of activities planned throughout the year. Organizers say that whether someone can volunteer for just a few hours or become a regular helper, every contribution plays an important role in making these events successful.
Volunteer opportunities include serving food, assisting with setup and cleanup, helping direct parking, selling tickets, and supporting behind-the-scenes operations. The club emphasized that there is a place for everyone to get involved, regardless of experience.
Community leaders say these long-standing traditions are only possible because of the dedication of neighbors, families, and local residents who work together to support the town and create memorable experiences for all ages.
