Christopher W. Cook entered a plea of not guilty to three separate charges Tuesday in his initial court appearance in Clinton Superior Court Tuesday following a traffic stop Monday night as he exited the Travel Inn in Frankfort.
Cook, 28, was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Serious Violent Felon, a Level 4 Felony; Unlawful Possession of Syringe, a Level 6 Felony; and Auto Theft, a Level 6 Felony.
His trial date is set for October 16.
