County Election Board Loses Voting Center for Primary Election

The Clinton County Election Board had recently secured the Madison Township Fire Department for use as a Voting Center for the Primary Election Day on Tuesday, June 2.

That changed Wednesday morning when County Clerk Rhea Harris received a phone call from Madison Township Trustee Andrea Huber who said construction will be happening at that time and will be too far along to ensure the facility will have enough parking for everyone. So, in light of that information, the County Election Board now has just six voting centers for the primary election.

Voting Center sites for the election are the Community Schools of Frankfort Administration Building, the old EMA Building at the Clinton County Fairgrounds, Kirklin Town Hall, Colfax Christian Church, Michigantown Christian Church and Bennett Hall in Rossville.

Election Day voting hours are 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
