A family of 5 were forced to leave their home on Blinn Avenue in Frankfort on the morning of Thursday September 26th after an early morning fire displaced three children and two adults living at the residence. Frankfort fire department determined the home was not inhabitable.
C&R Family Dining and Catering immeadiatly after the fire announced a fundraiser for the family. So far Rodney Mounts, owner of C&R, announced accumulation of $436.00 raised plus several boxes of supplies, a TV set and C&R served a leisurely meal for the family. Donations continue to arrive at C&R Family Dining and Catering at 8 South Main Street in Frankfort for the family and C&R will continue to help connect donations with this family in need.
