With concrete work complete on the sidewalks on White Street, crews are moving on to Fairgrounds Street, Alhambra Avenue and Ann Street to pour forms and concrete in those areas as part of the Safe Routes to Schools initiative.According to Street Superintendent Jason Forsythe, once crews are done on Ann Street, they will work their way to Clay Street.
“While concrete work is done on White Street, fresh asphalt work is being done along curbs in that area. We are asking that residents continue to park on the south side of White Street for the time being,” Forsythe said.
