Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Shan Sheridan he is working with the current owner of the King Pancake House on another location.
“Culver’s has been a great group to work with,” said Stock. “We’ve had a lot of discussions on a lot of different things as the project moved forward and they have been very cooperative and understanding where we are with our ordinances. It’s been a pleasure working with them.”
Stock said the next step for Culver’s is to go through a design standard which is where everything that is in the overlay district is done according to the ordinance.
