Della Lorraine (McKinney) Hawkins, 67, of Oxford, Indiana, died October 31, 2019 at Aperion Care, Frankfort. She was born May 11, 1952 in Logan, West Virginia to Arthur J. & Nancy Jane (Workman) McKinney. Della had worked as a meat cutter for Meijer’s in Lafayette. She had lived in Frankfort for the majority of her life and most recently in Oxford, Ind.
She is survived by 
a sister: Billie (Tom) Floyd of Oxford, friend: Gary Ewing of W. Lafayette, 2 daughters: Bradlee Dale Hawkins and Carrie Lois Hawkins, and 4 Grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and her dog, Pete. Della was preceded in death by a son, Dale Allen Hawkins, 6 brothers and her parents.
