Delphi Main Street Receives $10,300 to Support Downtown Improvement Projects

Delphi Main Street is celebrating a new investment in the community after being selected as a recipient of the Sharing Success Program, receiving $10,300 to support two projects designed to enhance downtown Delphi.

The funding was made possible through a partnership between CoBank and Carroll White REMC and will help support the Delphi Arts Garden and Delphi Connected, the community’s downtown speaker system.

The grant provides an opportunity for Delphi Main Street to continue developing projects that bring people together and create new ways for residents and visitors to experience downtown.

Supporting the Delphi Arts Garden

A portion of the funding will go toward the Delphi Arts Garden, a downtown project focused on creating an inviting space where people can gather and enjoy art and community activities.

The Arts Garden is part of Delphi’s continued efforts to make its downtown an attractive destination for residents, visitors and local businesses.

Expanding Delphi Connected

Funding will also support Delphi Connected, the downtown speaker system. The system provides another way to connect the community with activities, events and announcements taking place throughout downtown.

Together, the two projects contribute to a more vibrant and connected downtown environment.

Community partnerships make a difference

Delphi Main Street expressed its appreciation to CoBank and Carroll White REMC for supporting the projects and investing in the future of Delphi.

“We are incredibly grateful for partners who believe in the future of our community and help us continue making downtown Delphi a place to gather, connect, and thrive,” Delphi Main Street said in announcing the award.

The $10,300 Sharing Success grant demonstrates how partnerships between local organizations and community-focused businesses can help small communities turn ideas into projects that benefit residents.

Delphi Main Street thanked CoBank and Carroll White REMC for “sharing success” with Delphi and helping advance projects that contribute to the continued growth and vitality of downtown.
