The Delphi Public Library has announced that it will join the Evergreen Indiana Library Consortium in 2026 to provide additional services throughout Carroll County and the region.
The library stated that in 2026, it will join the system of over 130 public libraries across the state of Indiana, which will allow residents to have access to borrow and return books, movies, materials and more from all of the libraries included in the consortium with a Delphi Public Library card.
