Diana L. “Di” Pearcy

Diana L. “Di” Pearcy, 62, of Frankfort and a former Antioch resident, died April 8, 2020 at her home.  She was born June 11, 1957 in Frankfort, Ind. to Martin A. & Ruth Ann (Botts) Pearcy.

Diana was a 1975 graduate of Clinton Prairie High School and attended Indiana State University and Vincennes University.  A lifelong Clinton County resident, she retired after 25 years from U.S. Postal Services as a rural carrier.  Previous to being a rural carrier, she was a designer with Knox Flower Shop for 20 years and had most recently had worked for the Clinton County Extension Office.  She attended Antioch Church.  Diana was past director of Clinton County & 4-H Fair, past member and officer of the Elks Lodge #560, Women of the Moose Lodge #7, Clinton County Republican Women’s Club, Clinton County Horse & Pony Club Volunteer, Clinton County Big Brother/Big Sisters Program, and Frankfort Main Street-Hot Dog Festival.

She is survived by 2 Sisters:  Nancy Weaver of N. Fort Myers, FL, Sheryl (Bill) Pletch of Frankfort, Brother:  Ned (Janella) Pearcy of Frankfort.  Several nieces and nephews also survive.In addition to her parents, she was preceded by brother-in-law, Paul Weaver

Funeral Celebration:

 Family services will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2020.  Shan Sheridan will officiate. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Clinton County Horse and Pony Club, c/o Clinton County Extension Office, Bits & Spurs, 1111 S.
