Discover Boone County has announced its latest installment of the 2024 Treats Trail as a perfect means for community members with
a sweet tooth to explore local Boone County eateries with the possibility to win a prize.
The Treats Trail will highlight local businesses that focus primarily on sweets, including ice cream, pie, doughnuts, cakes, cookies, chocolates and more across Boone County from April 1 through April 30.
Community members are encouraged to visit the participating businesses and snap a photo before uploading the photo to Facebook or Instagram and tagging @discoverboonecounty to be entered into a drawing for a prize pack valued at over $300. Every photo submitted from a different business will count as an entry when Discover Boone County is tagged.
The winner of the prize will be randomly selected, and the winner will be contacted on May 10 via direct message to claim their prize. The participating businesses include:
