Dorothy Kay “Dottie” Ticen of Frankfort, died October 9, 2021 at Wesley Manor. She was born March 4, 1946 in W. Lafayette, Ind. to William Jefferson & Kay Laurel (Van Pelt) Mulvey.
Dottie was a 1964 graduate of Klondike High School. She had worked at Donaldson’s in Frankfort and Loebs in Lafayette. She was of the Christian Faith.
Surviving are her Daughter: Janet Kay Bylsma McMillan of Richmond, VA; 2 Sons: James A. “Jimmy” Bylsma of Indianapolis and Jeffrey Lee Bylsma of Richmond, VA; Friend: Patty L. Brackett of Frankfort; and 5 Grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Mulvey.
