Clinton County Central Dispatch has announced that the downtown streets are continuing to close Friday in preparation of the Hot Dog Festival. There will be additional closures after 5 p.m. today.
Motorists are urged to use caution when driving in the downtown area over the weekend with the extra pedestrian traffic.
