Early Voting Location Now Open

An early voting location in Frankfort is set to open on Tuesday, April 4, with another location opening on April 22. Dates, times, and locations are as follows:

Clinton County Clerk, 265 Courthouse Square, Frankfort (1st Floor, Commissioners Room)

  • April 4-6 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • April 10-14 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • April 17-21 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • April 22 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • April 24-28 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • April 29 from 8:00 to 3:00 p.m.
  • May 1 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Edward Jones Community Center (4-H Building), Fairgrounds, 1701 S. Jackson St, Frankfort

  • April 22 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • April 29 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The deadline to request an absentee ballot is also nearing. Those wishing to vote absentee must submit an application by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, April 20th. The form can be submitted electronically at www.indianavoters.com. You can also call 765-659-6335 and make a request for an application over the phone.

Once you have received your ballot and completed it as directed, you can submit your ballot by mail or return it in person. All mailed-in and dropped-off ballots must be received by the Clerk’s Office in Frankfort on or before 6:00 p.m. on Election Day.
