EMA Director Issues Statement About Travel Restrictions

Clinton County Emergency Management Agency Director Darrell Sanders issued the following statement Monday regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

“As the number of COVID cases increases in Indiana, the state and local Health Department offices are working on an hourly basis to keep Local Emergency Management updated in order to better deal with this pandemic situation.

“Emergency Management, along with local Health Department and Law Enforcement, are continuing their work on enforcement of county travel restrictions, which, at this time, is for essential travel only.

“Citizens of Clinton County are required to stay at home other than essential travel to work and to pick up household and medical supplies.”
