Evelyn “June” Paull, 83, of Kokomo, passed away in her home on Wednesday, March 16, 2022.
The daughter of Joseph Jennings and Mabeth E. (Stowers) Summers, Sr., June was born August 17, 1938, in Frankfort, Indiana. She married John Houston Paull on January 20, 1973, and he preceded her in death on February 28, 2000.
After graduating from Kirklin High School in 1956, she attended beauty school. Her career included working for INB Bank, Keystone Savings and Loan, and White Trucks.
June was a member of Eastern Star in Mercer, Pennsylvania, Kirklin American Legion Auxiliary, Frankfort Moose Lodge #7, and Frankfort Eagles Lodge. She enjoyed bowling and going to casinos.
Surviving June are two stepchildren, Harry Paull and Charles Paull, both of Ohio; four step-grandchildren, Nick, John, Ryan, and Brandon; one step-great-granddaughter, Juliana; and two brothers, David Ross (Carla) Summers of Kokomo, and Mark W. (Kay) Summers of Tennessee.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother, Joseph J. Summers, Jr.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 20, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort, with Pastor Robert Estle officiating.
