Clinton County Central Dispatch is asking motorists and residents to avoid the intersections of State Road 28/Roy Scott Parkway, Barner/Roy Scott Parkway and State Road 39/Bunnell Road due to Thursday’s fire at R&A Plastics. Everyone is being asked to avoid the area.
