Fair Council Thankful For Inmates Help

Clinton County Fair Council is thanking Sheriff Rich Kelley for working with us every year on getting us help for projects. Jamie Blacker said “Sheriff Kelly always has inmates for us to use for two or three days for spring cleanup and then throughout the summer as we need them to help with events and projects around the fairgrounds”.

Blacker went on to say his partnership with the fair council vital keep the fairgrounds looking in great shape.

  1. It’s a good win win all around. The inmates in jail get to get outside and do something, other than sitting in their cells being bored, (and many of them want to do something), and the fairgrounds gets the help it needs.
