Fall Harvest Festival Kicks Off Saturday, Sept. 7 In Downtown Frankfort

Frankfort Main Street has announced its upcoming Fall Harvest Festival set for this Saturday, Sept. 7 at Prairie Creek Park in downtown Frankfort for community members to experience numerous activities, music and shopping opportunities throughout the day.

The Fall Harvest Festival festivities kick off on Saturday with the Frankfort Market at Veterans Park from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., which will coincide with the Downtown Shop Around from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. During the festival, the Prairie Creek Park splash pad will be opened to the public from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., kids games and bounce houses will be available from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Face Painting by Jess will be set up from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Prairie Creek Park.

Music lovers may tune in at Prairie Creek Park for a rock n/ roll tribute from Elvis to the Beatles featuring the Neverly Brothers at 6 p.m., followed by Outlaw Nation at 8:30 p.m. on The Farmers Bank Performance Center Stage.

During the festival, local food vendors will be available, and beer and wine will be brought to the community by The Main Event Bar & Grill.
