The Frankfort High School Student Council and DECA have announced the launch of two drives for books and food for local inmates and those in need inside the corporation and through the DECA Backpack Buddies program.
The DECA and Student Council Book Drive kicked off today, Dec. 3 and extends through Dec. 17 for community members to donate gently-used or new books to benefit the Clinton County inmates. Donations may be dropped off in student services or the offices in the designated boxes.
The DECA Food Drive Club Contest has also been launched for Frankfort High School clubs to battle against each other with the top three clubs receiving a winning banner and the top three individuals receiving a special prize. Drop-off locations include the Club Sponsor’s room, and the drive began yesterday and will continue through Dec. 13.
