Some Kirklin residents continue to experience connection issues while FiberHawk conducts its investigation into the case.
FiberHawk released a statement regarding the situation that many residents of Kirklin are experiencing including wireless and cable issues. The release follows reports of numerous calls, texts and emails received by the FiberHawk team from residents requesting information regarding the connection issues.
“We’re aware that some customers are still experiencing intermittent connection issues despite our ongoing investigation,” FiberHawk released. “Please be assured that our team is actively working to pinpoint and resolve the root cause. We’ll provide updates as soon as possible. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.”
FiberHawk is continuing its investigation as residents are continuing to report connection issues over the past few days.
