Charles Fry’s death is a loss for the city of Frankfort. Many will not forget as they drive by where Charles stood and waved at everyone daily on their journey to and from work or just passing by him.
In November Madelyn Carr organized a Thank You parade for Charles where many met at Frankfort High School and decorated their automobiles and proceeded to drive by and honk and wave at Charles. Madelyn also organized his final wave today.
Charles passed away on January 11 2022, His final resting place is Ball Hill Cemetery in Cutler, Indiana.
We will all miss Charles, His kindness, and friendly face. Every town needs a Charles.
Many lined the streets and business’s to give a final wave to Charles as he was driven to his final resting place after his funeral at Genda Funeral Home.
