Five Individuals to Have Same Court Date Next Year

Clinton County Deputy Prosecutor Chris Vawter announced Tuesday that five individuals all have trial dates set in Clinton Superior Court on January 8, 2019.

On August 28, Teresa Downs and Bradley Gill were both arrested following a traffic stop around 12:47 a.m. Downs was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, a Level 6 Felony; Unlawful Possession or Use of a Legend Drug, a Level 6 Felony; two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class A Misdemeanor; and Possession of Paraphernalia, a Class C Misdemeanor. She entered a not guilty plea in court.

With Downs, Gill is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class A Misdemeanor. He entered a plea of not guilty in court.

On August 26, Casey Noland was arrested by Clinton County Sheriff’s Deputies following a rolling domestic situation and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, a Level 6 Felony; and Possession of Paraphernalia, a Class C Misdemeanor. He entered a not guilty plea in court.

On August 25, Frankfort Police arrested Jaymin Echeverria and was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, a Level 5 Felony. He entered a plea of not guilty in court.

On August 17, Frankfort Police officers were dispatched to North Gentry Street for an active domestic between Tina Brown and her 14-year-old son, E.S., who has Asperger’s Syndrome. Brown was charged with Domestic Battery Against a Disabled Person Resulting in Bodily Injury, a Level 5 Felony; Domestic Battery, a Level 6 Felony; and Strangulation, a Level 6 Felony. She entered a not guilty plea in court.

Brown was previously convicted of Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury on April 9, 2001, in the Clinton Superior Court.
