Five New Owners at Glover’s Ice Cream Excited About Continuing Glover’s Brand

In a press release from the new Glover’s Ice Cream ownership, five new owners talk about the privilege of carrying on the Glover’s Brand that started almost 100 years ago:

We are excited to announce…The ICONIC GLOVER’S ICE CREAM IS MAKING A COMEBACK! A diverse group of friends, with varying backgrounds, have come together with one common goal… to bring back some of the best ice cream produced in Indiana. All have made their home at one time or another in Clinton County.  Clinton County is home to Glover’s Ice Cream that dates back to 1925. Forest Glover would sell ice cream sandwiches on the passenger train coming into Frankfort, Clinton County’s seat, also known as “Gem City”.  Recently, Glover’s Ice Cream fell on some tough times with equipment issues and facing closure.

Enter Tony Del Real, Brothers Juan and Tony Reyes, David Meek and Shan Sheridan. Five guys who not only love that creamy goodness of Glover’s Ice Cream,  but feel privileged to carry that torch that originated from those tracks in 1925. Be patient. With a little help from the good Lord, a lot of sweat and desire, we all will be enjoying our favorite Glover’s Ice Cream treats soon.
