Frankfort City Hall to Host National Day of Prayer Service

The City of Frankfort has announced it will host a community prayer service in observance of the National Day of Prayer on May 7.

The event will take place at City Hall, commonly known as Old Stoney, beginning at 12 p.m. The historic building is located at 301 E. Clinton St. in Frankfort.

The service will be conducted by the Clinton County Ministerial Association and will bring together community members, local leaders, elected officials, and clergy for a time of collective prayer.

Organizers say the gathering is intended to provide an opportunity for participants to reflect and pray for the local community, the nation, and global concerns.

The event is open to the public, and light refreshments will be available following the service.
