The community rallied together tonight in just three hours at C&R Catering and raised $6,100 for Frankfort’s Eight. Ocho Strong Fund.
Brandon Craven of Clinton County Scanner Chatter reports that basically $5,000 of the money was in the dinner, $800 in t-shirt sales, and $340 in the donation box. Brandon said once it got so busy they had to stop taking phone orders and before 7 pm they had to stop completely as they were running out of food.
There are more fund raiser plans in the near future. We will update as we find out information.
