The Frankfort Middle School High-Ability program students once again shined during the regional science fair, claiming the winning title for 2025 for 21 years in a row.
Four students from the group also qualified to continue to the state-wide science fair in April, including Emma Workman, Natalie Hodgen, Reagan Byers and Mellie Stillwell. Workman was also named runner-up for the best overall project in the junior division, and Byers received the same distinction for the elementary division.
Through the 21-year history of the Frankfort High-Ability program’s top group placement, the school has advanced 67 students to the state level competition.
