Frankfort High School Class Of 1954 Holds Reunion

Members of the Frankfort High School Class of 1954 met over the weekend to celebrate the 65th anniversary of their graduation. On Friday evening, September 20, approximately forty-seven people attended a reception at Hoops. On Saturday evening, September 21, a dinner was held at the Moose Lodge, with catering provided by Hoops. Jack Pitman was the Master of Ceremonies, Dr. Larry Shaver gave the prayer, and Dr. Roger Robison shared some recollections. Committee members were Don Albitz, Jack Pitman, Connie Rohrabaugh, and John and Rita Hackerd.
Fifty-three classmates, spouses, relatives and friends came from California, Idaho, Virginia, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Colorado and various locations in Indiana. Those attending were Don Albitz, Rose McIntosh Austin and Jim Brown, Bob and Sally Clutter Brodbeck, Carol Jane Wheatley Cohen, Melvin and Carolyn Dunham, Dr. Joe and Carol Gaffney Dupler, Gene and Janet Lucas Emery, Karen Hartman Garrard, DeWayne Grafton, Kerry Breeze Greeno and daughter Cindy Berger, John and Lorita Uitts Hackerd, Jim and Nancy Jo Cox Horein, Robert and Carolyn Holland Jones, Jean Godby Jones and Tom Godby, Boyd and Mary Leavitt, Gene and Nancy Jones McGarvey, Jim and Marilyn Morrison Osterhoff, Jack and Karen Pitman, Betty Chrisman Rentschler and daughter Lisa Wood, Roger and Tiiu Robison, Connie Aughe Rohrabaugh, Don Sanders, Wayne and Barbara Beem Schlottach, Judy Moore Shanks and Jim Baker, Larry and Carol Shaver, Charles Smith, Jack and Shirley Taylor, Mabel Hinton Weida, Pete and Jane Clark, Ann Robey and Norm Gross, and Odel Strange.
