The Frankfort Community Public Library has announced that the upcoming appearance of the Clinton County Orchestra slated for July 20 for the Summer Concert Series at the library has been cancelled.
The library announced on Monday, July 8 that the concert scheduled for the Clinton County Orchestra for Saturday, July 20 has been cancelled due to unforeseen issues and scheduling conflicts with key players. The orchestra shared comments regarding the unfortunate cancellation.
“We have explored all possible alternatives, but the lack of availability among crucial members of our orchestra has left us with no viable option to proceed with the concert as planned,” the orchestra released. “We understand the disappointment this may cause and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may bring to our audience and partners. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.”
The library announced that it continues to look forward to hosting the Clinton County Orchestra in the Skanta Theatre in the future.
The Clinton County Orchestra has announced that it will change locations for an additional performance during the summer at Faith Family Church at 7 p.m. on July 27.
