The Frankfort Community Public Library has announced the upcoming Music of the Earth workshop in celebration of Earth Day where participants can explore Earth’s and nature’s fascinating sounds with Cheryl Kaldahl.
During the workshop, participants will learn how to listen and experience the rhythms and melodies that are found in the natural world by collaborating in creating an original song using elements from nature, found objects, percussion instruments and more.
The program is set for Tuesday, April 22 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Frankfort Community Public Library. The program is designed for those ages 15 and older, and registration is required.
