Ron Darrah will be giving a genealogy presentation entitled Our Golden Door: Introduction to Immigration at the Frankfort Community Public Library on Tuesday, June 5 at 6 p.m. Ron will discuss American immigration and the information and how immigration records can be used to further one’s family research.
Ron is the secretary of the Genealogical Society of Marion County and chair of the Indiana Genealogical Society affiliates, Society of Civil War Families of Indiana and Territorial Guard Society of Indiana. He has been doing genealogy research for over 30 years and giving genealogy lectures since 1996.
