The large police presence in the 600 Block of West Armstrong Street resulted in the arrest of a Frankfort man on Tuesday, Jan. 30.

According to police, investigations over the last two days through the Frankfort Police Department resulted in the arrest of Alfredo Javier Guajardo Jr., 31, of Frankfort on charges of strangulation, level 6 felony, criminal confinement, level 6 felony, domestic battery, misdemeanor, and unlawful use of 911 service, misdemeanor.
The area has been cleared, and no further details will be released at this time regarding the case.
