Frankfort Parks Department Seeks Input With Survey

The Frankfort Parks Department is seeking input on park events via an online survey open now until June 17. To increase quality of life and promote park usage, this survey seeks to determine what events the public envisions for T.P.A. Park.

“As we look to maintain a high standard of quality in our parks and provide a resource for our community, we invite everyone to participate in this survey to assist us in shaping the future of our park system.” Mayor Chris McBarnes said.

This survey is a chance to share thoughts on current event offerings and imagine the future of events in T.P.A. Park and other Frankfort park facilities. The survey also features some questions about satisfaction with online communication efforts of the parks department.  Survey suggestions will be considered when planning future events and attracting outside vendors to put on events in our parks.

“T.P.A. Park is home to some of Frankfort’s most popular events like the Christmas Festival of Lights and the Fourth of July Festival,” Park Superintendent Travis Sheets said. “Your feedback can help us create even more memories for you and your family.”

This survey is a collaboration between the city of Frankfort and a local graduate student with Purdue University’s Lamb School of Communication.
